Returns & Exchanges

At Wenzel TCG, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
